This is not really about marketing, but it is about making life easier. Although I am PC through and through on the desktop, I have to say that I am an Apple convert when it comes to mobile so when yesterday, Microsoft launched a remote desktop app for iOS, I thought “that has to be worth a look”. The app is free and dead simple to set up. Just enter the IP address of the remote computer along with your username & password and you are done. Although the interface is not as fully featured as some available, it is very simple and easy to use. Add to this the fact that it is free, and it has got to be worth a look. If you are out and about a lot, and find it useful to be able to access your desktop PC, this app is definitely worth your attention.
