Data Collection
You can access our website and browse certain areas without disclosing personal data. We collect your personal data (“Your Data”) only with your knowledge or your consent. When you register with the BSA Marketing (“Registered User”), we collect Your Data to enable us to provide the email updates, informing you by email automatically of new material posted on the BSAMARKETING.COM website, and providing you with marketing tips & resources from time to time. Legitimate Interest
BSA has undertaken a Legitimate Interest Assessment and concluded that Legitimate Interest is the appropriate basis for us to collect and process personal data.
Where you give BSA staff your personal data contained on a business card (or equivalent) or through connecting on social media, or personal data is otherwise collected for the purpose of our day to day business, we take a Legitimate Interest to communicate with you regarding our products, services and other related information we believe may be of interest to you. We recognise your right to request that we stop communicating with you. Any such requests will be responded to and actioned promptly.
Where we operate as data processor working with data controlled by a client of BSA, our legitimate interest extends to processing that data only and exclusively for the purposes agreed with our client.
